The approach of promoters during the event

Updated 1 month ago by Lucas Marigo

During the event, it is important for a promoter to know how to approach the attendees to find out what their experience with the application is, talk about the possibilities for interactions available, or even engage them in downloading the application if they have not already.

Often attendees are there to conduct business, and the InEvent app facilitates the connection between attendees interacting with feedbacks, research, questions, networking and communication.

Here are a few examples of approaches that may work to engage your audience even more, to gather feedback from using our technology, or even give support to attendees who are not able to use the app.

Approach to attendees with app downloaded

Promoter: Hello, how are you? I am part of the InEvent team, responsible for the event app, and would like to know if you have already downloaded the app.

Attendee: Yes

Developer: Great, How are you finding the experience?

Approach to attendees without the app downloaded

Promoter: Hello, how are you? I am part of the InEvent team, responsible for the event app, and would like to know if you have already downloaded the app.

Attendee: No

Promoter: It would be beneficial if you had the app downloaded on your phone. Through it you can create business opportunities through networking, you can interact with questions and answer polls in each programming activity, as well as other interactions that are also available.

Approach to attendees who do not know about the app

Promoter: Hello, how are you? I am part of the InEvent team, responsible for the event app, and would like to know if you have already downloaded the app.

Attendee: No, what app?

Promoter: This is the event application, where you will find all the programming, have an online chat to exchange messages with any attendee and also have the opportunity to participate in various interactions such as sharing your photos in the interactive feed.

It is important for the promoter that at this point to guide the entrant on how to download the app on the Apple Store or Google Play.

Approach to app feedbacks

Promoter:Hello, how are you? I am part of the InEvent team, responsible for the event app, and would like to know if you have already downloaded the app.

Attendee: Yes

Promoter: Cool! I'd like to know what you think of the experience of using an application in the event.

Here it is important to leave the participant at ease so that the feedback is authentic and bring the actual impressions he originally had of the application.

Approach to attendees who are unable to log in to the app

Promoter: Hello, how are you? I am part of the InEvent team, responsible for the event app, and would like to know if you have already downloaded the app.

Attendee: Yes, but i cannot log in

Promoter: I can help you, have you checked to see if you have received any instructions in your email.

Attendee: I did not receive any instructions regarding the app

Promoter: Please, check with our administrative team what your login is. This way they can generate a new password so that you already have access to the app.
