Company Placeholder

Here we have the placeholders for the Company. You can Personalize your standard message and fields for Forms, the App and Bookings.

These values will be made default for all events created within your company.

They will be shown on the Forms, The App login and the Booking forms.

Which placeholders can be edited?

How do I edit a Company Placeholder?

To edit a placeholder, Click on your name in the top right corner of the platform. Then press "Company Settings"

In the Company structure menu to the left, Click on "PLACEHOLDERS"

Then press the + ADD HOLDER button, towards the top left of the platform.

Next choose the placeholder type in which you would like to edit.

Then choose the placeholder value.

The placeholder value is the new "Name" or "Message" to replace with the default placeholder. Here is an example below:

I have chosen " Form - Last Name" as my placeholder type

Then i have written "Surname" as the new value.

Now my forms will show "Surname" instead of "last Name" as Default.

How do I delete a placeholder i have created?

To remove a placeholder, go to the Company Structure and press "PLACEHOLDERS"

Press the EDIT button,

Tick the check box of the Placeholder in which you would like to delete

Then press the REMOVE button
