Exporting leads from Bizzabo Event

Integrations

Like InEvent, Bizzabo's platform offers integrations with CRMs and Marketing Automation Programs that facilitate import/export of data.

HubSpot

Click here to learn how to integrate your HubSpot account into InEvent. By doing this, you will be able to easily import your leads to InEvent's platform.

if the HubSpot integration is not available in your plan, here is another alternative to import your leads to InEvent:

  1. Once you are logged into your HubSpot account, go to Contacts > Lists.
  2. Scroll your mouse over the list you want to export, then click on the More drop-down menu and select Export.

  1. Choose the checkbox of one of the properties to include in your export. You can click Select All Properties at the top to include all properties. In the selected columns on the right, you are able to click on X in order to remove any properties that you don't want on the exported list. Click Next.

  1. Select csv as File format from the drop-down menu in the dialog box. Then click Export. You will receive an e-mail in your inbox (the same email you registred on HubSpot).

Marketo

If you use Marketo as your CRM software, you have two ways to migrate your data from there and import it into InEvent's platform.

You can integrate Marketo to InEvent's platform and synchronize all your leads or you can follow the step-by-step below to extract all your leads from Marketo and import them into InEvent's platform.

  1. Enter your Marketo account and click on Marketing Activities.

  2. Select the list or smart list you would like to export and then go to the People tab.

  3. At the bottom of the page, click on the Excel icon.

  4. Now select Visible Columns and then click Export.

Salesforce

If you wish to integrate Salesforce to the InEvent platform, click here.

This way you will be able to import your leads directly to InEvent.

Another way to export your leads which are stored in Salesforce to InEvent is by exporting and importing csv-files.

Check below how you can do this:

  1. Log in to the Salesforce dashboard and click on Setup in the Settings drop-down box on the right side.

  2. Next, click on Data on the left side and select Export Data. In the center of the page layout you will see the Schedule Export button. Click on it.

  3. Select the Lead module to create the corresponding report and click on Save.

  4. Once you have done this, press Export Now. If an export is ready, you will receive in the e-mail you have registered to Salesforce, an e-mail containing a link that allows you to download the csv files.
