How do I create a custom report?
Click on your name in the top right corner of the platform then click on "Company Settings"
In the Company settings menu to the left, under "Reports" click on CUSTOM.
Next click on + NEW REPORT in the top left corner.
Type in the name of the report and press the blue CREATE button.
Now your report has been created, you can choose the criteria.
To create the report start by choosing your Widget.
Click ADD WIDGET
Type the name of the report
Choose the source and type then press the blue CREATE button.
Source and Type
Choose your source and view type:
- Attendees - Timeline
- Attendees per events - Bar or Pie
- Templates - Pie
- Places - Pie
- Budgets - Line
- List of registrants - Table
- List of events - Table
Once your widget has been created you can drag the bottom right corner to enlarge the size.
Use the dates to filter your events or use the Report events search bar to choose certain events.
To view your widget reports in a better view, click the FULLSCREEN button in the top right corner.
How do I edit a report?
To edit a report click on the blue button on the right side of the report.
Then click the EDIT button in the top right corner
Now you will be able to edit an existing report.
How do I delete a custom report?
To delete a report, click on "EDIT" in the top right corner.
Then tick the check box of the report you wish to delete and press the REMOVE button in the top right corner.
How do I delete a widget inside my report?
To delete a "Widget" inside your custom report, Firstly click the blue button of the custom report.
Then press EDIT in the top right corner.
Then click on the "3 dot" icon in the right top corner of your widget and press REMOVE WIDGET.
Press the red REMOVE button to ensure removal.
