  1. Click on + Add Coupon in the top left corner and a new window will appear.
  2. Enter the following information:
  • Coupon code: Enter the coupon code. To generate random coupons, leave it blank.
Creating random coupons, especially in large quantities, helps restrict an attendee to using each coupon only once when purchasing tickets, as each coupon will be unique.
  • Type (percentage or flat price)
  • Discount
  • Amount of coupons
There is no limit to the amount of coupons you can add in a batch.
  • Limit usage for specific tickets by selecting the ticket from the drop down - the coupon will be available on the Purchase form for only the specific ticket(s) added here.
  1. Press the blue Create button.

Following that, your coupons will be displayed on the screen in a queue based on the number of coupons that have been created.

The maximum number of coupons displayed per page is 100.

On the dashboard, you will see the following information:

  • ID: Coupon ID.
  • Code: Name of Coupon.
  • Discount: The percentage or flat price discount applied on the coupon code
  • In Use: Shows whether or not a coupon has been used.
  • Applies to: Shows whether the code applies to the entire purchase or to a specific ticket.
  • Link: Once your coupon is created, a link will be automatically generated. You can copy this link and send it to your participants, allowing them to register for the event and purchase a ticket with this discount code already applied as shown below:
