AI Agenda builder

The AI Agenda Builder is a smart tool that helps attendees quickly find sessions that match their interests without having to browse every activity manually. Using your selected preferences and event details, the AI recommends sessions you might want to attend.

The AI’s capability is agenda personalization, not session creation. It works only with sessions the organizer has already created in the backend.

Enabling the AI Agenda builder

Follow the steps below to enable the AI Agenda builder tool.

  1. Go to Settings > Tools in your event
  2. Select the AI section.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Toggle the button beside Agenda AI on.
  5. Click End to save the changes.

Using the AI Agenda builder in the My Agenda page

To use the AI Agenda Builder, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the My Agenda tab in the Virtual Lobby.
  2. Click the AI Agenda Builder button at the top of your agenda view.
  3. Tell the AI what you are looking for in the chat box. This can be in the form of session topics, speakers, preferred times, locations, tracks, languages, or accessibility needs.
  4. Review the list of suggested sessions, speakers, locations, and preferred times provided by the AI.
  5. Ask the AI to add or remove the sessions you want, to and from your agenda.
You can return to the AI Agenda Builder at any time to update your preferences or adjust your agenda. Suggestions may change if the event schedule is updated.

If the AI Agenda Builder is not visible on the My Agenda page, it means the event organizer has not enabled this tool for your event.
