InEvent’s Commitment to Sustainability, Diversity, and Ethical Governance

At InEvent, we’re deeply committed to building a responsible and inclusive workplace, supported by robust Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies. Our focus includes conducting operations in compliance with environmental laws, conserving energy and resources, reducing waste, and continually improving our environmental management system. More information on our sustainability and environmental measures can be found here.

Educational and Engagement Initiatives

We actively engage in internal education and awareness initiatives across various topics, including Diversity and Inclusion, Human Rights, Environmental Practices, Climate Awareness, and Integrity and Ethics. These initiatives are an integral part of our company culture and values.

Institutional Policies and Governance

InEvent has a number of key policies in place to ensure our operations reflect our values. These include:

  • A Diversity and Inclusion policy
  • An Environmental and Social Responsibility policy
  • A Sustainability policy
  • An Integrity and Ethics policy/Code of Conduct

While we do not have dedicated executive committees for Human Rights, Diversity, Environment, Climate, or Ethics, our public commitments and internal policies demonstrate a strong and ongoing dedication to these areas.

Whistleblowing and Supply Chain Accountability

InEvent provides a reporting and whistleblowing channel to ensure safe disclosure of any violations related to Human Rights, Diversity, or Ethical Conduct. We also carry out audits of our suppliers to verify working conditions and ensure there is no use of child or compulsory labor in our supply chain.

Workforce Diversity and Inclusion

InEvent embraces a multicultural and multilingual environment, currently composed of:

  • 42% women
  • 41% Black professionals
  • 7% employees with disabilities

While we do not yet have formal affinity groups for specific demographics, our inclusive culture lays the groundwork for such communities to flourish in the future. We also conduct internal assessments to monitor diversity and support inclusion within the workplace.

Affirmative Action and Employee Support

InEvent has implemented a number of affirmative actions that promote equitable access and support for underrepresented groups. These include:

  • Programs targeted at Black professionals, women, people with disabilities, LGBTQI+ individuals, older adults (50+), and refugees
  • Exclusive career development programs and exclusive hiring programs for specific groups
  • Extended paternity leave, including for homosexual couples, and healthcare coverage that includes same-sex partners
  • The use of preferred names in all employee interactions
  • Participation in the Young Apprentice Program

These efforts are part of our commitment to maintaining a workplace free from segregation and discrimination, fully adhering to the principles outlined by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). We prioritize equal opportunity for all employees, ensuring an inclusive and non-discriminatory environment.

Community and Social Responsibility

As part of our ESG vision, InEvent supports community-based social programs that promote sustainability, social inclusion, and transparent governance.
