Load Testing & High-Traffic Event Preparation
At InEvent, our platform is built to handle large-scale virtual and hybrid events supporting up to 20,000 concurrent users without performance degradation. To ensure the best experience for your attendees, we recommend notifying us in advance if you anticipate a significant surge in traffic (for example, when announcing ticket sales or opening registration).
Guidelines for High-Traffic Events
- Estimate your traffic
Share the expected number of simultaneous users (e.g., 7–8k attendees logging in at the same time).
- Notify us in advance
Please contact your Project Manager at least 3 weeks before the event or ticket launch. This gives our team time to review and scale infrastructure if needed. - Scaling request
Our Product team can allocate extra server power and resources in case you have a higher demand for your attendees. This simply means we’ll boost capacity for your event so everything runs smoothly during peak demand. - Ongoing monitoring
During your event, our system performance is actively monitored to ensure stability. You can also track performance on the InEvent Trust page.
Good to know
- InEvent does not provide separate load testing for individual accounts, but we do prepare and scale our systems based on your event needs. Advance notice helps us guarantee a seamless experience for all your attendees.
