Roadmap
At InEvent, we deeply value transparency and collaboration with our customers. Many of our clients are excited about our constant innovation and often ask to see what’s coming next. While we appreciate this enthusiasm, it's important to clarify why we do not publish a public product roadmap.
InEvent opts for a private Roadmap approach
InEvent is committed to the privacy and protection of all our customers. Our clients span a wide range of industries, many of which have strict compliance and confidentiality requirements. In alignment with these commitments, as well as global data protection regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are unable to make our development roadmap publicly available.
Even when data is presented anonymously, specific phrasing or context around a feature request can inadvertently reveal sensitive insights about a particular organization or industry. For example, a request that includes technical language, use-case specifics, or industry-related terms may suggest which sector a client operates in or even hint at their strategic initiatives. Because of this, we avoid publishing or broadly sharing such requests to prevent any risk of unintended data disclosure.
Enquiring about new features
If you’re wondering about a specific feature or want to know whether something’s in the pipeline, we encourage you to reach out directly to your Project Manager. They are equipped to:
- Discuss the feature you're interested in.
- Share general feedback trends, including whether the feature is a common request (without compromising any customer info).
- Suggest any workarounds or relevant features already available.
Submitting a feature request in the platform
You can also submit a feature request directly to our Product team through the platform. After you submit it, the Product team will review your suggestion and coordinate with your Project Manager to follow up and keep you in the loop.
To send a feature request:
- Click on your profile name at the top-right corner of the platform
- Select Submit a ticket
- Choose Feature request from the ticket options

- Enter a brief title and a detailed description of your request.
- Click Submit request.

While we can't guarantee immediate development for every feature request, we do track patterns and common needs across our client base. Your feedback helps shape future updates and priorities.
A commitment to secure innovation
Our approach ensures that we can continue to innovate responsibly, while maintaining our strict standards for client confidentiality and regulatory compliance. This balance allows us to deliver meaningful improvements that serve our customers without compromising trust or data integrity.
We thank you for your understanding and ongoing partnership.
