Sponsors and exhibitors reports

When negotiating a sponsorship, the more opportunities to disseminate a brand within the event, the better and more satisfied the sponsor or exhibitor will be. At InEvent, you will be able to generate reports of all kinds because we understand the sponsors expect you, the event organizer, to prove ROI with analytics. The reports will increase your credibility with the sponsors and exhibitors and can be the starting point of discussing a sponsorship renewal.

You can prove ROI with reports such as:

  • Sponsor/exhibitor rooms and sponsored activities visits
  • File clicks
  • Sponsored ads reports
  • Leads collection
  • Live chat engagement

When having online events, you will be able to see how many views each sponsor room/exhibitor room or sponsored activity got, as well as who visited it and for how long.

To do so, go to Analytics > Virtual Lobby reports and scroll down to the Live performance and find the sponsor or exhibitor room you are looking for. Then, click on the blue button on the right of the room to break down the time spent in the booth by each user and the number of times they each stayed on it.

  1. Leads collection

When having in-person events, it will also be possible for exhibitors and sponsors to obtain data of participants who visited their booths. Each lead can be qualified with a score of 1 to 5 for the marketing/sales team to evaluate the quality of leads captured after the event. Besides that, each sponsor will be able to export the list of data through the web quickly.

This is a premium feature. In order to use it, contact your sales representative or dedicated project manager.
  1. Live chat engagement

You can also measure the audience engagement through their interactions on the live chat. Once the event is over, you will be able to save and export all chat comments to a spreadsheet that can be sent to your sponsor or exhibitor.
