Technical requirements

Power requirement

Internet requirement

1 iPad Gen 9 (10.2")

The iPad Gen 9 typically requires a 10W (5V, 2A) power adapter.

2-5 Mbps is required

1 Brother QL-820 NWB Bluetooth label printer

The Brother QL-820 NWB generally consumes around 30W. However, this can vary slightly based on usage and specific model configurations.

Since this printer connects via Bluetooth, it does not use network bandwidth.

If using the LAN port, it will require minimal bandwidth, typically in the range of 10-50 Kbps per print job.

5G hotspot

A 5G hotspot generally consumes between 5-15W depending on the model. Assuming moderate usage, 10W is a good estimate.

Depending on the 5G connection, ensure it can handle a minimum of 15-30 Mbps for moderate usage. For events expecting heavy usage, particularly with additional iPads, aim for 50-100 Mbps to ensure robust connectivity.

Setting up the Essential bundle for your event
