Customizable Tabs

You can customize the title of the tabs as well as their order of presentation on the Virtual Lobby and mobile app. In addition, you can decide the appropriate title for each of the features, delivering the experience expected for your event for each attendee. The tabs can be rearranged to fit the position you would like and prioritizing the tools that you may consider to be the most important.

How do I add a customizable tab to the app and Virtual Lobby?

Can I hide the Virtual Lobby tab?

If that's the case, you could hide the Virtual Lobby tab until before the event starts by pressing Settings > Tabs > Web (in the upper left) > and uncheck the Visible column related to the Virtual Lobby.

After doing that, the Virtual Lobby icon should disappear from the Lobby's menu, but under My Account, the Open Lobby button will still be displayed.

If you'd like to remove the Open lobby button as well, you will need to do it by editing the source code and adding the following code to the event details page.

Press Event > Details > Edit > scroll down until you see the blue button Souce code > add the following code:

#headerVue .eventCover-info-virtual-lobby {

display: none;
